I have created a cron job that runs every three hours starting at 00:00 
Eastern.  It checks out the trunk branch and creates two files. The process 
takes about 1 minute, so you should be able to safely fetch these files at 
any time other than the top of the hour, where you risk having the existing 
file replaced during your fetch.

You can fetch the files with:

http://www.harbour-project.org/harbour-svn.zip
and
http://www.harbour-project.org/harbour-svn.tgz

Can someone please add these download locations to the web site with an 
explanation of what they provide.

I will work on backing up the subversion repository next.

Do you want me to make the repository that I have checked out readable over 
the web as a browsable directory of files?
